TOPFIT Daily Activities Review

It’s been another week of minimal activity.  But, I continued spending a few minutes on the x-trainer and doing a few pushups on a few different days of the week, plus I added some pullups and chinups (both standard and modified).  So far, so good, with minimal side effects and complications.  And with any luck, I’ll be able to add a few bodyweight squats or lunges next week.
