TOPFIT Daily Activities Review

It’s been another week of varied energy levels, but in addition to a few chores in the house and yard, I still managed to make time for:

2 heavy bag workouts
2 x-trainer workouts
1 leisurely hike/shinrin-yoku excursion (first time!)
1 bench press workout
1 pullup/chinup/DB row workout
1 lunge/leg curl/calf raise workoout
