TOPFIT Daily Activities Review

It hasn’t been a very good week for activity. Sometimes you’ve just gotta listen to your body. But, in addition to some light chores around the house and yard, I made time for:

2 x-trainer workouts
1 heavy bag workout
1 chest workout
1 back workout
1 leg workout
Plus some core/ab work thrown in here and there.
