TOPFIT Daily Activities Review

This past week I gradually added small amounts of volume and intensity to my activities. In addition to chores inside and outside of the house, I made time for the following brief workouts:

3 x-trainer workouts
2 heavy bag workouts
1 back workout
1 chest workout
1 leg workout
1 bi/tri/delt workout
1 ab/core workout
