TOPFIT Daily Activities Review

This past week I took baby steps toward my recovery and rehab from my year-long battle with cancer.
In addition to some puttering and putzing around the house, I pretended to workout a few times.
Over the course of the week I did the following, all being about 5 minutes of very light, low intensity movement. I guess it’s a start.

2 heavy bag workouts
2 elliptical/x-trainer workouts
2 resistance training workouts
