TrailFit is my premier small group service. An invigorating hike/workout that is also an open air Q&A seminar on the great trails of Southern Oregon. Have your exercise and nutrition questions answered while experiencing the ever-changing beauty of the seasons. It will take your breath away! TotalFit TotalFit is the ideal fusion of my TrailFit program with popular crosstraining and bootcamp programs while still maintaining the personal touch. Seminars and Consultations
1 Hour Consultations If you aren't in need of a formal program, and just need about an hour of my time to answer specific training and nutrition questions, and receive my professional recommendations, then this service is for you. I can check your body fat percentage, fine tune your program to help you break through those sticking points, answer questions about training, nutrition, and supplementation, or help with home-gym design and equipment selection.
Seminars Let me come to you and help introduce your employees or civic group to the benefits of health and fitness. I can speak on a specific topic of your choice or we can have an interactive Q&A seminar.
Online Training and
Education
Before starting training with a new online client, I like to exchange emails or chat on the phone and get to know a little about you to be confident that this form of training is appropriate. We will keep in contact via email, various instant messenger services or phone. Both one-on-one/partner training and small group training can be held in the comfort and privacy of your own home using your available equipment or I can bring everything we’ll need. To take advantage of all the benefits of outdoor training, we can take our session on the trail or to the park. Nutritional guidance is included. Small group sessions require a minimum of 3 people with a maximum of 6. Form your own groups or join an established group as space allows. A combination program of one-on-one, small group and/or online training can be designed to fit your needs and circumstances.
